🔁 Returns

Due to the personal nature of fragrance and perfume products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product was delivered damaged

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product is missing items

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Proper proof (clear photos and unboxing video) must be provided.

💰 Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• The amount will be credited to the original method of payment.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, The Royal Musk may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used perfumes

• Products damaged after delivery

• Items returned without original packaging

• Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

📦 Return Shipping

If the return is approved:

• Customers may be required to ship the product back to our warehouse.

• Return shipping charges may apply unless the error was from our side.
