Orders are delivered between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

✍️ Signature on Delivery

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may authorize a family member, colleague, or neighbor to receive and sign for the package on your behalf.

The Royal Musk will not be responsible for packages signed and accepted by an alternative person.

We ensure that every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. However:

• Any claims regarding missing or damaged items must be reported to our customer support team on the same day of delivery, along with proper proof (photos or unboxing video).
